MUHAMMAD RAYYAN ISKANDAR

Alhamdulilah on second of October I just gave birth to Rayyan. He weighs 3.04 kg..Thanks to my husband for being supportive and caring so much about us. I love you so much darling. Thanks to my mama and my dad too. A special thanks to Nurul Aini. We love you.

Strawberry short cake...

The fragrantly sweet juices and deep red color of strawberries can brighten up both the taste and aesthetics of any meal; it is no wonder they are the most popular berry fruit in the world. Although strawberries have become increasingly available year-round, they are at the peak of their season from April through July when they are the most delicious and most abundant.
Strawberries not only look like a fruity heart-shaped valentine, they are filled with unusual phytonutrients that love to promote your health. The anthocyanins in strawberry serve as potent antioxidants that help to protect cell structures in the body and to prevent oxygen damage in alll the body's organ systems.
Besides that, strawberries can protect from macular degeneration. They also as a protection against Rheumatoid Arthritis.
Strawberries emerged from our food ranking systems as an execellent source of Vitamin C and Manganese.

Kiwi

Kiwi fruit is the edible fruit of Actinidia Deliciosa and hybrids between this species and others in the genus Actinidia.
The fruit consists of a hairy, brown peel containing green flash, with white pulp in the center, surrounded by black, edible seeds. The fruit has a sweet taste, similar to a mixture of banana, pineapple and strawberry. Kiwi fruits are native to China, where they were called "macaque peach".
Nutrition-wise, kiwi fruits contain about as much potassium as bananas, and contain 1.5 times the DRI for Vitamin C. It is also rich in Vitamins A and E, and its black seeds can be crushed to produce kiwi fruit oil, which is very rich in Alfa-Linoleic Acid (an important Omega-3 essential fatty acid).

BANANA

Banana is the herbaceous plants of the genus Musa. They are native to the tropical region of Southeast Asia. Bananas are grown in at least 107 countries. Banana usually refers to soft, sweet "dessert" bananas.
Bananas may prevent high blood pressure because they contain high potassium to sodium content. It also prevent renal calcium loss and prevent bone from broken.
In diarrhea, it contributes with electrolyte replacement, as well as increased absorption of nutrients. Bananas also have some antacid effect which can protect from peptic ulcers.
High fructooligosaccharide content may work as prebiotic, nourishing the intestinal flora to produce beneficial vitamins and enzymes.
Caratenoid content has antioxidant effects and protects against vitamin A deficiency, resulting in night blindness for example. Moderate consumption decreases risk of kidney cancer, possibly due to antioxidant phenolic compounds.
